We are proud to announce the 7th Annual Christmas Beef Charity Show.
Taking place at HG Blake on the 2nd December from 5pm, we are expecting to take up from where we left off last year, with standards higher than ever.
Farmers are invited (by invitation only) to enter their cattle into one of five classes between now and the closing date of 18th November 2016.
The five classes are as follows:
Class 1 : Continental Heifer lightweight Sponsored by Suffolk Meat Traders Ltd
Class 2 : Continental Steer lightweight Sponsored by Anglia Quality Meat Association Ltd
Class 3 : Continental Heifer heavyweight Sponsored by Mid Norfolk Canopies and Trailers Ltd
Class 4 : Continental Steer heavyweight Sponsored by Larking Gowen
Class 5 : Native Steer or Heifer any weight Sponsored by Bramfield Meats Ltd
As per previous years, all beef carcases will be judged by Adrian Crowe, a licensed classifier from MLC Services, and then auctioned off to bidding butchers to raise vital funds for the Air Ambulance.

Mulled wine and beef sandwiches will be served throughout the evening.
